#1: Why do you think Dan O'Neill's Mickey Mouse parody, the Air Pirates wasn't considered "fair use" by the courts? Can you recall any recent TV series or movies that parody copyrighted songs, images or characters?
#2: In your opinion, what could be the justification for the "Copyright Term Extension Act of 1998" (a.k.a. The Mickey Mouse Protection Act)?

Discuss in your groups the following question: Do you think the documentary will succeed in using the "fair use" defense if they get sued?
